We do not ask you to create an account, and the website and app do not collect, store or sell personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, travel dates and hotel. We use it only to answer your questions and arrange your tour, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Bookings
Bookings are made through third-party platforms such as Viator and GetYourGuide. When you book there, your information is handled under that platform's own privacy policy.
Third-party services
Some parts of the website are provided by other companies, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when the page loads:
- Google Fonts: loads the typefaces used on the site.
- Google Maps: shows the meeting point map.
- WhatsApp, Viator, GetYourGuide and TripAdvisor: only when you tap a link to them.

Offline storage
